Well, seems like the Principal at the school, decided to do away with the tradition of allowing kids to wear green t-shirts. So we had to be creative with accesories. For girls is so much easier but for boys its another story.
I took a felt shamrock from a door decoration for St. Patricks day. And daughter had a pin with a sticker attached that she had in her jewelry making kit. We made a shamrock pin for my son to wear today.
For a treat, I decided to make marshmallow rice crispies treats. Followed the recipe on the cereal box, but added some green food coloring. I made the treats last night in order to have them ready in the morning.
My kids love them.
