I'm done!

On Saturday, I gave my final presentation for Cathechist certification.  My theme was about the Angels.  I was so nervous.  I did not think I was well prepared and my other classmates did much better, with their presentations.  I was the last one from our group.  But thanks to God and the angels, my evaluators thought I did awesome.  They did mention a few things I could improve.  But I passed and received my certificate!

So now what's next?  I have two goals to accomplish this coming month.

I want to get back to posting more often.  But will assign different topics to different days.  I want to do post that will encourage others in faith and in daily living.

But I know that writing post and be dedicated to a blog takes time.  However, I do not want to neglect my obligations as a wife and mother and household management.

I love reading blogs, but that takes time too.  And I'm currently following over 30 blogs.  So my first task is to  review those blogs and keep only the one that are more relevant to me.  I have made awesome friends here too.  And its nice to see what they have written. One of my favorite blogs is Incourage.

My good friend Dianne from EverythingElsethrownin, I love reading her post, very inspiring.

Thank you Dianne for often leaving encouraging comments on my posts.

And how about those home organization blogs.  I just love them.  Very encouraging!  Motivating me to organize and clean my home.

I will be posting also about my total body transformation.  Last year, I got started with the Insanity Workouts and I have lost some inches all around.  My clothes tight fitting clothes now fit loose.  I had to purchase new clothes.  It was awesome!  I have been reading nutrition books and I have been changing some of my eating habits.  I have changed to nonfat milk.  I will eat less processed foods and will try to eat only natural fresh food.  Cut down on red meats.

I started drinking  a fresh fruit juice of oranges and lemons.  And I added a very special ingredient to my table. Molasses.  I have read that its a very natural amazing supplement.  Rich in potassium and iron. Just one tablespoon daily.  I will keep you updated of how this changes have made a difference in my health.

Just in case I forget, please leave me comments and ask me about how I'm doing?  Did I mention, I'm a very forgetful person.

  1. Bless you sweet friend for your kind words.

I am so proud of the changes you have made in your eating habits--I started counting calories and eating more healthy two wks ago and have lost 6 lbs. I will be glad when my clothes are looser.

Sure hope you accomplish all you set out to do this year. I think you are a great wife, mother, blogger and friend.

    Love,
    Dianne
