Quincenera Expo

Today we attended the Quincenera Expo in Modesto, CA.  

At the entrance we found this year's cover girl winner. Each year the magazine Quincenera picks a lucky girl to be on their cover.  The girls selected participate in pageants and expos in different places of California.

Here are this two beautiful girls that are soon to be 15 years old.  My daughter Marah would be fifteen in December.  My niece Jasmin, will be fifteen in a few more years but she also had a head start in planning her event.

 The girls got to visit different booths of sponsors or vendors. Limosine providers, Photographers, Music, Dress shops, Jewelry shops, and banquet facilitators.  They also got to see a fashion show of the latest dresses for Quinceneras.

This Expo was a great experience. Even though we already have my daughter's dress. There is still some things that still need to be selected.  The limousine, the photographer, the decorations for the hall, and music.

I recommend you to attend this events a year in advance to your event. And select one that is the closest to your venue. This way you would get the right prices for you area.  Modesto is not within my area. So I was not able to select any of the providers that attended that event. They would add and extra charge for traveling distance.
